ITEX Integrated Services Limited is a Financial Technology company located in Lagos, Nigeria, servicing clients in all states in Nigeria and across Africa. A leading provider of electronic payment solutions in Nigeria, partnering with the best of breed technologies such as VeriFone, PAX technologies Ltd, telecommunications, utilities, Government, Wallet providers, local and international payment switches.

ITEX is one of the first organizations to successfully deploy and manage Point-of-Sale (POS) Terminals in Nigeria. Our customary POS applications eases the electronic payment and revenue collections of bills, tariffs, and airtime. We make the transactional experience enjoyable for our clients by offering them the ability to monitor and control their transaction processes.

ITEX currently supports over 45,000 POS terminals with about 30,000 active in Nigeria and over 15,000 deployed across Africa and is licensed by Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to operate as both a Payment Service Provider (PTSP) and Application Developer (PTAD). ITEX performs a critical role in the implementation of the ‘Cashless Nigeria’ initiative.

Our quality management system provides a framework for measuring and improving our overall business performance, supporting our company strategy and business plan, facilitates continual improvement and ensures the fulfilment of our customers’ requirements, those of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Nigerian Telecommunication Commission and other applicable requirements relating to Electronic Payment Solutions, Agency Banking, Customised Applications Development, Payment Services Training and Consulting.

  • Continual improvement of the QMS by ensuring that the ability to enhance customer satisfaction is determined, addressed and the focus on enhancing customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Ensure the quality policy and objectives are compatible with the context and strategic direction of the Company. This will be maintained as part of the QMS internal auditing, monitoring and management review processes, in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Promoting the use of a process approach and risk-based thinking; resulting in all processes being established, documented, resourced appropriately, monitored and measured to ensure conformance to their intended results (Customer requirements, Business objectives, and applicable industry regulations and legislation).
  • Communicate the importance of effective quality management and of conforming to the QMS requirements, ensuring the QMS achieves its intended results.
  • Ensure ITEX Integrated Services Limited fully meets the requirements of its customers by enhancing the overall service to customers to guarantee full satisfaction of our products and services which are Electronic Payment Solutions, Agency Banking, Customised Applications Development, Payment Services Training and Consulting.
  • By ensuring that ITEX Integrated Services Limited entire staff is given enough training and development support to ensure competency for their area of work through education, training and experience, where appropriate.
